What is SBAGhana Pro?
A cloud platform for Ghanaian basic schools to manage continuous assessment (SBA), calculate grades, and generate GES-compliant terminal report cards — with portals for admins, teachers, and parents.
Does it work on slow internet?
Yes. Pages are lightweight and score entry auto-saves. Teachers can also use exported Excel score sheets offline and upload when connected.
Which levels are supported?
Nursery, KG, Primary (B1–B6), and JHS (JHS1–JHS3) with the correct grading systems for each level.
How do parents access results?
After the headteacher publishes report cards, parents visit the Parent Portal, select their school, and sign in with credentials issued by the school.
What are the subscription formats and pricing?
Use the termly cost estimator above — Per-learner billing at GH¢ 3.00/student/term, or flat-rate and district packages for larger schools. Starter (GHS 350) and School (GHS 800) plans cover most basic schools.
