How Parents View Report Cards Online in Ghana
Step-by-step guide for parents: find your school portal, sign in with admission number and PIN, and view published terminal report cards on your phone.
When can parents see results?
Parents can only view report cards after the school publishes results for the term and the school's term access is active. Schools control timing — typically after end-of-term processing and headteacher approval.
Finding your school portal
Visit the schools directory on SBAGhana Pro, switch to the Parent Portal tab, and search for your child's school. Tap the school name to open its branded portal page.
Some schools share a direct link such as /s/your-school-name?tab=parent — bookmark it for faster access each term.
Signing in
Most schools use student admission number plus a voucher PIN issued by the school. Some schools also require parent username and password in addition to the PIN. Contact your school office if you do not have credentials.
- Open the Parent tab on your school portal
- Enter the student admission number
- Enter the voucher PIN from the school
- View the report card for the active term
Security and privacy
Voucher PINs are typically single-use or term-specific. Report cards open in a secure view — only published results for your linked child are shown. Schools can disable parent access until fees or platform billing for the term is cleared.
